If you have ordered the wrong size, decided that items do not fit you perfectly or wish to return it for any other reason we are ready for you to do so within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have original label on them. We do not accept returns with removed labels.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
In Lithuania area shipment returns are free of charge. If return is from any other country shipment costs will be at the customer's expense. The cost of shipment return is deducted from the returned amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Taxes & Duties
For delivery to EU countries prices already include VAT. Taxes and duties are included in the price shown at the checkout. But please take a note that orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. “InAvati” ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds are processed instantly. If the PayPal payment was funded by credit card the money will go back to the card and depending on the card issuer it may take up to four days before it shows on the customer’s credit card statement. Refunds of transactions that were funded by bank account or PayPal balance are credited instantly to the customer’s PayPal account. The refund will exclude shipping costs, with the exception of faulty items.
Please note that refunds can take up to 2-7 working days after we receive returned items to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
